Agora Partners advised on integrating the public realm into a new mixed-use development inside the Loop in Houston, Texas. The team provided guidance both within the project site—focusing on connectivity and programming of public spaces—and beyond it, by leveraging the site's proximity to a nearby greenway. The development will ultimately include hundreds of market-rate apartments and approximately 75,000 square feet of retail space.
