Agora Partners oversaw and executed a multifaceted infill land acquisition strategy on behalf of an investment partnership of local and out-of-state investors. In collaboration with ACRA Holdings, the team secured a keystone parcel located near a planned transit station. Through strategic partnerships and coordination across design and financing processes, Agora Partners led a complex multi-owner, multi-parcel assemblage, while also providing asset management and pre-development oversight.
