Description

Working with Matrix New World Engineering, Agora created management and programming plans for Neilson Street Park, the primary public space in downtown New Brunswick, New Jersey. Located one block from the newly completed New Brunswick Performing Arts Center, the park was transformed by the City from a former parking garage into an active destination serving nearby residents, office workers, Rutgers University students and staff, and visitors. The park is managed through a public-private partnership involving the City, Rutgers, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders.
