As part of the BRV team, Agora Partners is evaluating strategies to address deferred and ongoing operations and maintenance at Ala Moana Beach Park, known as “The People’s Park” of Honolulu. Set against a stunning backdrop of oceanfront greenspace with views of the city and mountains, the park has weathered the impacts of aging infrastructure and an expanding downtown core. Through comprehensive asset management, Agora Partners is helping ensure the park remains Honolulu’s central gathering place.
