Agora was retained by a well-known mixed-use and industrial developer to consult on the programming and operation of a new mixed-use development in New York City. The project will combine a variety of uses in novel ways. Agora advised on the programming and design of the rooftop, which in addition to a signature park, will feature over 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, as well as multiple food and beverage outlets.
