Description

Agora Partners is advising the Gatton Park and Conservancy on the programming, design, management, and development of Gatton Park on the Town Branch in Lexington, Kentucky. This new nine-acre “town square” will sit at the heart of the city’s most significant redevelopment efforts and will be fully funded by its nonprofit developer, the Gatton Park and Conservancy.

Agora Partners is currently advising the conservancy on a variety of subjects as they prepare to open the park in late August 2025. Agora Partners’ work previously focused on guiding the project through its design phase, planning programming and activation, developing a detailed business plan for park operations, and supporting the integration of signature public art into the park.
