Description

Acting on behalf of a private family office, Agora Partners led the acquisition, asset management, development strategy, and eventual disposition of a portfolio of properties purchased from an institutional fund partnership. The project involved complex lease renegotiations and close coordination with municipal agencies on tenancy and redevelopment options. Through ongoing asset management, Agora Partners capitalized on numerous opportunities for development, recapitalization, disposition, and operational efficiencies. The portfolio—which included residential and commercial assets, as well as vacant land—was ultimately sold through a series of transactions.
