Description

Agora Partners worked alongside Regent Partners and Mariner Group to develop and implement programming and activation plans for Eastern Wharf, a mixed-use development on Savannah’s riverfront. The project includes hundreds of apartments, townhomes, hotels, office buildings, and over 30,000 square feet of retail, centered around an urban plaza and a signature waterfront park.

Agora also created interim uses for future development sites within the district to maintain momentum and engagement. The team’s market-driven programming strategy aims to activate the parks and public spaces for both locals and tourists. 

Agora assisted Regent Partners and Mariner Group in structuring a public-private partnership with the City of Savannah to govern and manage the new waterfront park. Additionally, Agora coordinated with the retail and hospitality teams to enhance programming and activation opportunities for tenants and events.
