Agora Partners developed financial and management strategies, an operating model, and a revenue plan for HUB404, a transformative new public space being developed in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead district. The project will reconnect the two halves of northern Buckhead, supporting the area’s ongoing economic development, creating walkability for office workers and building a new social center for the growing residential community. 

The Conservancy has envisioned HUB404 as a cultural and recreational hub featuring distinctive programming and exhibits created to attract regional visitors and national attention. Agora Partners is building on that vision by crafting a sustainable plan and strategy that supports long-term operations and public benefit.
