Agora Partners is developing financing strategies, an operating model, and a revenue plan for HUB404. HUB404 will be transformative not only for Buckhead, but also for the greater Atlanta region. Connecting the two halves of northern Buckhead is another step in the area’s ongoing evolution toward walkability; the new public space will give office workers and a growing residential community plenty of new reasons to take that walk. The Conservancy has created a compelling vision of a new cultural and recreational destination with unique programming and exhibits that will draw visitors from throughout the region and garner national attention. Agora is now assisting the HUB404 Conservancy in building upon their vision and focusing on a sustainable plan to implement the project.
