Description

Agora Partners was hired by the Interstate 195 Redevelopment Commission to consult on the ongoing development of Providence Innovation District Park that will anchor the Providence Innovation & Design District.

Agora created the program for the park pavilion, which will house food and beverage facilities as well as park operations support infrastructure. As part of that work, Agora has created revenue projections for alternative food and beverage programs and is advising on tenant selection and license negotiation. Agora also advised the state agency on the terms of a proposed naming rights agreement for the park. Prior to this work and while employed by BRV Corp., Agora principal Ben Donsky created a business model and operating plan for Providence Waterfront Park.
