Description

Continuing the resurgence of the vibrant Golden Hill neighborhood, Agora Partners and McNamara Real Estate Ventures developed a 15-unit townhome community at a prominent corner site. The project sits on a hilltop land assemblage with expired entitlements and was reimagined under the small lot policy to introduce contemporary and sustainable homes. Each residence is designed to maximize views of Downtown San Diego, San Diego Bay, and the surrounding mountains, with features including private garages, home offices, open floor plans, expansive outdoor spaces, and an active streetfront.
