Agora Partners advised the Green Bay Packers on the ongoing development, activation, and management of Titletown, a mixed-use district located across from Lambeau Field. The development currently features a hotel, microbrewery, four restaurants, 150 apartments, 90 townhomes, and two office buildings. At full build-out, it will include additional office space, retail space, and apartments.

Agora Principal Ben Donsky has been part of the design and development team since 2015—originally through his previous firm—leading efforts to activate and manage the public spaces, oversee fit-outs, and generate revenue through food concessions and ticketed winter attractions.

Although Green Bay is the NFL’s smallest market, Titletown and the infrastructure that the development has spurred surrounding Lambeau Field made it possible for the city to host such a large production, as the technical execution for the event requires large spaces. Outside of the ability to host one of the NFL's largest events, Titletown also enables Lambeau Field to be a place for year-round programming on and off game season—an endeavor sports teams are taking on to make their developments more profitable year round.
