The proposed management plan establishes clear responsibilities across key operational areas, leveraging existing Parks and Recreation staff while introducing new site-specific and program planning roles.

Agora outlined multiple revenue strategies to help offset operating costs and ensure long-term financial sustainability for the City of Round Rock. Expected to become a treasured amenity for residents and visitors alike, the park is also positioned as a driver of economic development.
