Description

Agora Partners advises the Interstate 195 Redevelopment District as its on-call public realm consultant, focused on the continued development of 195 District Park, a key anchor for the Providence Innovation & Design District. Prior to this role, the 195 Redevelopment District engaged Agora on a number of projects.

Agora developed the program for the park pavilion, which will include food and beverage services as well as infrastructure to support park operations. As part of this work, the team produced revenue projections for various food and beverage concepts and advised on tenant selection and lease negotiations. Additionally, Agora Partners supported the state agency in evaluating the terms of a proposed naming rights agreement for the park. 

Prior to this engagement—and while at his previous firm—Agora principal Ben Donsky created the business model and operating plan for the park. Currently, Agora is developing a new five-year strategic plan for 195 District Park.
