Description

Agora Partners was tasked with creating a programming strategy, programming plan and management & revenue strategies for Millwork Commons, a mixed adaptive reuse and new development project just north of Downtown Omaha. The project intends to stitch together multi-use facilities via activation and programming of its public spaces by taking local and regional context into considerationn to establish a new microneighborhood adjacent to Downtown Omaha.

Agora Partners also helped establish an operations and management model aligned with short- and long-term programming, operational and financial goals for the development’s new public realm. To achieve this, Agora Partners prepared a multi-phased plan which allowed ideas to emerge and be tested between phases to better-inform the project’s strategies and modeling going forward.
