Description

Agora Partners implemented and oversaw the day-to-day programming, management, and revenue development for the public spaces of Ivy Station, a mixed-use campus developed by Lowe Enterprises and connected to the Culver City Metro station. At its center, a signature public park offers amenities and programming created to attract local employees, residents, and visitors through partnerships with tenants, vendors, and community organizations.

The Agora team conceived, curated, and delivered hundreds of free public programs and events annually, including fitness classes, music, dance, family activities, and arts. Signature events like the Arts District Night Market draw thousands of visitors and contribute to project revenue. Agora also managed private events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing opportunities in the park, ensuring a consistent revenue stream through dynamic programming.

Agora managed the public spaces for eighteen months after a successful launch, hiring and training a team before executing a planned transition of that staff to Lowe, helping Lowe build internal capacity and integrate new areas of operation into their property management.
