Agora Partners served as a key project partner for OLIN in developing the Culver City Parks Plan, advising on park finance and planning. Drawing on its expertise in revenue generation and cost control, Agora Partners collected and developed economic feasibility insights that, in conjunction with cost estimates from Leland Saylor, permitted the team to advise on priorities and strategize an investment outlook through a cost/benefit analysis.
The Culver City Parks Plan is a long-term tool and strategic guide for the future development and management of Culver City’s nearly 90-acre network of parks, recreational facilities, and programs. The Parks Plan, adopted by Culver City Parks, Recreation, and Community Services in early 2025, proposes significant improvements, envisioning a more inclusive, climate-ready parks system as the city faces population growth and climate related demands. Shaped by input from thousands of residents, as well as city departments, partner agencies, and nonprofits, the plan places a strong emphasis on equity and access and is designed to serve a diverse and growing population through 2040 and beyond. The plan outlines solutions to strengthen recreational, arts, and cultural programming for all ages, while prioritizing the preservation and enhancement of natural habitats. The plan received an award from the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Planning Association.
