Agora Partners, together with Outside Voices and Gehl Studio, was retained by Downtown Houston+ to develop a public realm action plan for Houston’s central business district. The plan proposes detailed strategies to develop new physical and programmatic improvements in public spaces and on streets, as well as management and operational strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public realm activation and maintenance, built on a detailed analysis of existing public life. Agora is leading the development of programming, management, and operational strategies, as well as leading implementation planning.
