Description

Agora Partners developed programming, activation, and management strategies for East 4th Street, a vibrant new pedestrian avenue in downtown Cleveland, and an abutting plaza in front of the House of Blues. The plans include engaging local partners, including the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and the City, in programming to create unique Cleveland experiences. In addition, Agora created management and funding strategies for the future programming.
