Agora is advising the City of Jacksonville as part of a team led by GAI Consultants on economic development strategy for downtown Jacksonville. Specifically, Agora is focused on how to develop the public realm to create new amenities that will increase vibrancy and leverage public investment to catalyze private investment. Agora is identifying programmatic gaps in the current public space network and aligning them with a larger market analysis to prioritize these opportunities, and coordinating them with a larger branding strategy for downtown Jacksonville.
